How to Access Settrax: Kiosk vs. Computer or Phone
You can use Settrax in two ways: at the kiosk at the facility, or on your own computer or phone. Some tasks can only be done at the kiosk, because they need the kiosk’s camera, scale and label printer.
At the facility kiosk
Check-ins and checkouts only work in the Settrax kiosk app, not in a web browser.
- Open the Settrax kiosk app. If it isn’t already open, double-click the Settrax icon on the kiosk desktop.
Don’t use Chrome, Edge or another browser at the kiosk. The camera and scale won’t work there, so you won’t be able to check in or check out. - Check that the login screen says “Welcome to [hospital name].”
- Log in with your Settrax email and password.
- Enter your Authy code.
Don’t see “Welcome to [hospital name]”? The app isn’t in kiosk mode, so the camera and scale won’t work. Ask facility staff, or contact Settrax Support
On your computer or phone
- Go to app.settrax.com in your web browser.
- Log in with your Settrax email and password.
- Enter your Authy code.
Tip: bookmark the login page, or add it to your phone’s home screen.
