Search & Review: Looking up Cases in the Settrax System

 

There are a couple of different ways to search for cases in Settrax:

  1. The search bar on the upper left hand area of your dashboard - This search bar is intended for Settrax Case IDs. If you have a specific case you are wanting to pull up you could type in that case ID here and it will automatically pull up that case.
  2. Search Cases Page - Useful when you need to pull up a case with data other then the case ID such as date, Vendor, Surgeon, or procedure type. This page also allows you to export and save your search results.
