Restoring Picture Quality
- If the camera is accessible but not taking quality pictures, go to the kiosk. Once at the kiosk, launch the Logitech Webcam software from the Windows Start® menu, or by right-clicking on the camera icon in the Windows taskbar. Once in the menu, click on Webcam Controller in the bottom left corner.
- Once in the Webcam Controller, expand the Webcam Options and click on Advanced.
- Once in Webcam Control, uncheck Auto Focus if checked. Once auto-focus is unchecked, drag the marker all the way to the left. The marker should be away from the mountain symbol. Once this is done save the settings.
- Once these settings are saved, you should not encounter this problem again.
