Facility Dashboard Tour (previously referred to as FacilityHQ

Facility dashboard provides all of the real-time data on one easy to view dashboard. From FacilityHQ, facility users have access to specific features of the Settrax system that are intended for facility use only. Vendors do not have access to this side of the Settrax system.

*Some features may vary based on user's account type (Admin, Supervisor, or Staff)

The facility dashboard provides a quick overview of your facility's performance and your overall compliance.

On the dashboard you will see :

  • 6 Snapshot tiles (All of these tiles are linked to reports, and if you click on the tile itself, it will bring you directly into a report that will provide you more information)

    • Late check-in report - This report includes all cases that had sets checked in less than 24 hours before the surgery started.
    • Discrepancy tile - Discrepancies include all the cases that had missing items that were logged into the Settrax system by the vendor or by the facility staff.
    • Overdue for pickup - the cases that still have sets checked into the Settrax system 30 hours after the end of surgery. This means the rep has not picked up their loaner instrumentation.
    • Incoming trays - All the trays that the rep has indicated during the case acknowledgement process that they will bringing into your hospital in the next 48 hours.
    • Incomplete Cases - Cases that didn't have loaner trays checked in, indicating the vendor likely bypassed the Settrax Check In process.
    • High risk cases- cases that are still incomplete or unacknowledged within 24 hours before surgery start time, or any case that had trays delivered less than 12 hours before surgery start time.

  • Compliance Graph - a visual of the tile data, showing you all of the cases that are compliant compared to the total number of cases you have scheduled.
  • Recent activity bar - expands to show you the last 10 events in the Settrax system at your facility.
  • Schedule - shows all of the cases in the next 24 hours at your facility. It will provide relevant case details including:
    • Settrax Case ID
    • case status

    • surgeon
    • patient initials
    • surgery time
    • case status indicator
